This is a stainless steel incline conveyor with a flighted intralox belt on. All the frame work is stainless steel and with a SEW motor gearbox on. This conveyor has a varying speed motor on it for controlling different speeds the belt needs to travel at.

Some steel shafts and flights that can be machined and manufacured to all different measurements. Please Advise on size, length, pitch and over dimensions and we can advise on costings and delivery. These can be manufactured in stainless steel and Carbon Steel. Steel rollers can also be manufactured in all materials. Many different diameters and shaft sizes depending on requirements.

Shown here is a stainless steel conveyor which runs through 90 deg and inclines in the middle to gain the correct height for transferring product from one place to another. This conveyor was manufactured and supplied with SEW drive and gearbox. Any dimensions can be achieved with lengths and angles depending on what is required. These rollers and brackets have been manufactured for a heavy duty rubber belted transfer conveyor. The brackets are adjustable and the rollers have concealed bearings in. We can achieve many options depending on requirements. Also shown is a stainless steel screw conveyor that we fabricated. It has a direct drive motor gearbox unit on. This was finnished in a glass bead blast 'Satin' effect, and is designed to convey product from one inlet point up at the base and out into a Dolav tub at the other end, or top.
