Fabrication

These sections were manufactured to replace a damaged aluminium section on a shaker sieve machine. The sections have been fabricated in stainless steel and have inlets and outs inserted for product flow.They are used in the food industry, mainly controlling powder flows. These hoppers will be sanitised before being installed into the product stream.

These pictures show before and after of three hoppers that were pre-fabricated in our work shop before being taken to site and installed onto one large silo. The three old hoppers were cut off with new flange sections welded on before the new hoppers were bolt fixed onto the flange sections, under the silo. The screw conveyor under the slide valves was also renewed with new body section and lids, with the actual screw / scroll was refurbished before being reinstalled. The three new pneumatic slide valves were also installed along with air supply to each. All these new sections were finnished in a powder coating. Two support stands were also fabricated and installed.

These are pictures of stainless steel transfer chutes for transferring product from hoppers and silo's into conveyors and rotary valves as required. They have been manufactured in 304 and 316 materials and have been made to fit as required. Some have been purge welded and others just single welds depending on requirements. All have been cleaned and polished before being installed into product line. Whatever is required can be manufactured.

This Reception desk was manufactured for a gallery in central london. These pics show thru manufacture to the finnished article. The red sections are st/st plate coated in red leather and stitched together. The desk was finnished with bead blasting, and then covered with leather coverings.

These are pictures of new st/st jacketed tanks that we have manufactured.

These are of a stainless steel platform for inside a food factory and a small access staircase for the roof void gantry.
