Pipework
These are jacketed purged pipe sections for a food factory. All materials in 316 st/st and the hot water jacket in 304 st/st. The pipe sizes are 2” line and 3” jacket. These are in manufacture process and have not yet been polished.
This is a pipe manifold for a water system we have manufactured. Main pipe in sched 40 with outlets in sched 40 tube. These can be manufactured for steam, can be pressure tested to a rating with certificate and also finnished in painting, galvanising or even insulated depending on needs. This manifold is in carbon steel but can also be manufactured in st/st or plastic (abs / upvc)
This is our new REMS pressing tool and pressing tong system that we can now offer.
A few of the pictures show some typical REMS connections in 22mm stainless steel tube and fittings. These have different seals for different use's and are quite simply fitted. The tube is cut, and deburred before being inserted into the fitting and then the pressing tongs seal around the joint and are pressed until joint is complete. This is a very fast and easy to use sytem which saves a lot of time on welding and threading. We can have press fit to bsp or flange fittings also, in what is a wide range of different fittings that are on offer. We can press from 15mm to 108mm in Copper, Zinc and stainless steel depending on requirements.These can carry compressed gas,compressed air, water and coolants with up to 16 bar of pressure. These are copper braised section and st/st crimped sections that are pressed using the Rems System.
We all so offer stainless steel hygenic pipe work for services to machines, to include, oxygen, co2, water, gas, vacuum and air, electrical drops also. Shreadder connections can also be supplied and fitted, along with a wide range of fittings. Heavier sched pipe can be supplied and fitted with ball, wafer, flanged valves or similar type connections as required.
